Sidewalk, somedays I am amazed at what you come up with to lighten to moment. No insults intended with the small mind comment. I just read your reply and nearly sprayed coffee on the keyboard. Thanks for getting my day off to a good start.

Ghost Rider, to say that I owe you an appology would be an under statement!!
In fact, I owe anyone who read that post an appology!!
The long and short of the story is that a close friend was laid to rest yesterday and at the "gathering" after, the vino and other types of "goof" were in use, it would seem far to much on my part!!
When I read your post, I fired with out identifying my target and for that I am truley sorry
If nothing else, I've learned a good lesson, stay away from these GD machines when you can't see what your reading properly.
Heading for the Tylenol!!

 CJ,
Damn it! I tried to post this earlier, but pushed the wrong button! Anyway CJ, I will coming up from Lafayette, La,  to Monroe, La, with about 8 trikes and several other bikes with or without trailers. Excluding my trike, which will be on the advance team, unless I am banished for cause!

Having been in the 7th Platoon for several years, guiding Okiedan, and his entourage across country, I realized that the 7th was steadily growing and many of the more senior riders (the list is too long to post here!), in the front of the pack, will soon be begging for a position in the rear with their trikes, where they probably should have been several years ago!

Anyway if you need help with the crowd let me know and I will get a leave of absence from the Advance Team. I will be in Texarkana so we can discuss it there!

PS: I can rig up a Shotgun Rack in the back!

I see nothing wrong with the title "WAGON TRAIN" 7th platoon  1st squad Bikes W/side cars, 2nd squad Trikes, 3rd squad  Trikes W/ trailers, Bikes W/ trailers or Trailer Trash squad. That way if Wide Load wants to have choice of squads he can. He fits into two catorgores. Third  squad will try to ride down wind.

Casper, Okiedan here and I hate to say but I won't be able to make the run this year.  Just too many problems starting with a new left knee.  Maybe next year.  Help CJ keep things together in the rear.

I think the "more senior riders" should be made to kneel down, (strike that, they might not be able to get up) and repent and beg for mercy and forgiveness in front of the 7th Plt before they are accepted in to our realm.
