I propose July 10th for the ride to Texarkana. Can we get a head count? I will plan to bring my trailer with water for the group coming from Dallas. Nighttrain can you check on the possibility of a group rate at a hotel? Something like a Comfort Inn would be good or one similar.
Polly, will you be able to make that date?
Any ideas for where to eat lunch and will dinner be a group funtion?

Dutch,
Do you guys stay in Texarkana for Saturday night as well? We see that it's called a Lunch Run.
Wicked & I are already committed to his military reunion in Branson, MO, on Thursday thru Saturday morning of July 24th. We can haul butt to Texarkana Saturday & be there that evening, if everyone is still there. What's the tentative itinerary on this?

MOJO,
Saturday evening will be the main event. Saturday will be travel time, and will give everyone a
chance to get there. We can all go out and eat Saturday night and stay over untill Sunday.
No one has deceided on a motel as yet. We can all meet at the Harley Dealer like last time.

First, let me be specific, Ditch Witch, aka night train is telling the truth, the whole truth and that's the way it was, going west. Course he didn't say that we were in the far left lane and he changed lanes in the middle of traffic, almost getting us run over, Pooh and I were the last of the pack.
I understand we're going to Texarkana for July 24. Pooh and I will be there. I'll watch the form for any up dates.

All Texarkana Riders,
Well ........... I hear no objections to Saturday, July 24. We will use Saturday to travel
then eat, visit and do whatever Saturday night. We will plan to spend the night Sat night and depart Sunday after breakfast.
I am looking for a motel close to the Harley dealer and will let everyone know later
in the week. We can probably pick one when we all get there.
Please give NIGHTTRAIN/DITCHWITCH a head count. Sure hope he can stay out of the ditches on the way to Texarkana.

I can't mention any names, but rumor has it that a well known member of the leadership team for 2010 will also be there. Anyone want to wager a guess ???
Maybe they will post and give their identity.
