Westbound I 44 has been calling me for weeks, everyday it gets slightly louder. By the time we leave next Wed. at sunrise I'm sure it will be as loud as an F 4 at take off power. We're looking forward to seeing the world go by at highway speeds for a few days before we get to see everyone in RC. And then, The Mission

One day and a wake up. Then face in the wind, wheels on the road, taking in all the sites that many Americans have never seen and fewer understand just how truly great this country and her people are. Seeing friends and family again, meeting new Fine New Guys/Gail's, doing what I can to support the vets, help out the kids and remind folks we still have people missing.
All about the mission. Run for the Wall 24th. Numbers grow, some of the rules/tips/tricks may have been changed or standardized but the reason why we do this remains the same. Cannot wait! Prayers for safe journeys to those heading west (or to what ever point you can join) Here's so clear skies, no attitudes, good ride and healing. |

YEEE-haw!! Going to be a looooong trip west for me, but can't wait to get it started! Coming back east will happen much too quickly, since I'll be with so many people I love. Time always does fly. Glad it'll be a bit slower pace for the drive, though!

Did a 220 Mile benefit poker run yesterday as a little tuneup for the RFTW. It was about 90 degrees and humid but loved it. Is it time to go yet? By the way Super Unleaded was about $3.85 gal in eastern Missouri.
