AS DEPARTURE TIME FOR MANY DRAWS NEAR , A LITTLE LEVITY MITE BE IN ORDER . AND IF ONE WULD HAPPEN TO SEE THIS SIGN AT ONE OF THE CAMP SPOTS ON THE RUN THIS YEAR , YOU WILL SURELY KNOW TO AVOID THAT AREA AT ALL COSTS.

We used to belong to SCAMROF Senior Citizen and Motorcycle Riding Old Farts. We rode every Tuesday and eos. good group of guys that wanted to ride not drink and BS.

A sergeant in a parachute regiment was taking part in several night time exercises. Here's one of his favorite stories.
Once, the sergeant was seated next to a Lieutenant fresh from Jump School. The Lieutenant was quiet sad looked a bit pale so the sergeant struck up a conversation. "Scared, Lieutenant?", the sergeant asked. "No, just a bit apprehensive" said the Lt. The sergeant asked, "What's the difference??" The Lieutenant replied, "That means I'm scared with a university education." |

Off topic, but another great parachute story... Jumper exits the airplane and freefalls to the pre-determined altitude, where he pulls the rip. Nothing happens. Following his training, he calmly pulls his reserve... again, nothing happens. As he's plummeting toward earth, he meets another guy coming up. He yells, "Hey, Buddy, do you know how to fix a parachute?" The other guy yells back, "No, do you know anything about lighting a Coleman stove?"

Great picture of the grandson. My youngest grandson is a holy terror on his wooden rocking motorcycle, just like his dad was. Hopefully, when the time comes he and his dad will ride together. With even more luck, our grandsons' generation will not have to go to war.
