This is a Roberts Products Harley Mounting system for trailers.

I first saw this at a Reno Street vibrations - the bike was actually sidways on this system.

I was getting old and to tie down my bike inside a trailer was a two person job.

I bought this and had plans to trailer my bike more - sold the trailer last week and this stayed.

I did use it once - moved my Harley bagger from Turlock, CA - Ogden, UT - used this system with NO other straps - bike rode solid as a rock.
Iam 61 years old and 5'6" and I could load my Harley all by myself in under 5 min.

Check it out

These now sell for $350 plus shipping

I am selling this (like new) for a firm $250 - I can bring it to RC this May or you pay shipping.
